EDS Parents Communication Form
Dear Parents,

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! New this year, the EDS parents will be using Google Groups to connect to other families and to send out PTO-related communication. This will replace the Memberhub communication platform. 

We need all returning and new parents (TK-8th grade) to fill out this form so you don't miss out on any important information!

Everyone will receive information on community events, volunteering, dining nights, movie nights, parent social nights, yearbook sales, etc. Grades TK-5 will receive information from room parents about what is happening for your child's classroom and grade specific events. Middle School parents will receive information on grade specific events.

Please fill out one form per family.
