LEEP is a new interactive Leadership course that was developed by HEE London.
The course is delivered over 4 webinars and participants will learn through sharing their experiences and understanding of concepts in discussions and gain practical experience of positive change with a quality improvement project.
Learners are expected to register and start a quality improvement project locally between LEEP 3 and LEEP 4, and therefore we would advise a gap between these two modules.
A minimum of 5 learners is required for each session, otherwise the session will be cancelled.
