PULSE Alive is a large-scale performing arts event, celebrating talented students from NSW public schools in Greater Sydney and beyond. It provides high quality opportunities in music, dance, drama, visual arts and public speaking to students from all over the state.
PULSE Alive 2021 will be held on Monday 13 September at Ken Rosewall Arena, Sydney Olympic Park.
We are seeking items from public schools all over NSW that demonstrate excellence in music, dance and/or drama. Applications will be accepted from individual performers and both small and large ensembles.
You will need to upload an audition video when you submit your application. Please ensure this link is 'unlisted' if you are uploading using YouTube, or that you include the password if you are uploading using Vimeo.
A separate nomination form will need to be submitted for each individual item being auditioned.
Items selected for the show will need to rehearse at Ken Rosewall Arena, Sydney Olympic Park during the day on Monday 13 September (some items may rehearse on the evening of Sunday 12 September) and will also be expected to take part in the Finale of PULSE Alive 2021. There is a participation fee of $48 per student (GST inclusive) which includes a PULSE Alive 2021 T-Shirt. This fee will be direct debited from schools in early Term 3. Students must be accompanied by a teacher at all times whilst at the rehearsal and performance of PULSE Alive 2021 - please note, no teacher relief is provided by PULSE Alive.
