During our classes, you will learn how to meditate and bring balance to your life!
Innocence, creativity, peace, confidence, guilt removal, and forgiveness can all be achieved by meditating for 10 minutes every day.
Our classes are teaching Sahaja Yoga, a method of meditation available to all ages.
It can be done on a chair or sitting on the ground with minimum physical activity.
Each class will include:
a short presentation about the topic of the day
short video
learning and experimenting with different meditation techniques
quiet meditation
Course outline
Class 1 - Introduction to Sahaja Yoga meditation
Class 2 - Kundalini energy - theory and practice
Class 3 - Thoughtless awareness - how to cool down our thoughts and live in the present
Class 4 - The three channels of energy: Ida, Pingala, Sushumna Nadi - how to balance them
Class 5 - Innocence and Creativity - presentation about the first two chakras
Class 6 - Peace, Love, and Courage - presentation about third and fourth chakras
Class 7 - Guilt, and Forgiveness - presentation about the fifth and sixth chakra
Class 8 - Integration - presentation about the seventh chakra
Class 9 - Using the five elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether) to clean the chakras and balance our channels
Class 10 - General session answering participants' questions

Each class will provide enough information for the participant to start meditating at home the very same day!
