Awana registration for the 2023 - 2024 School Year is open!

WHAT? A fun club for children including songs, games, and opportunities to win awards by studying the Bible and memorizing verses.

WHEN? Awana will meet on the first three Friday nights of each month from 7:30 to 9:15 pm, from August 2023 to May 2024.

WHO? Awana is for children from Preschool to fifth grade.

COST? $30 one time payment (includes Awana handbook). If your child needs a uniform or bag, it will be an additional cost to be paid when Awana starts.

If your child has participated in Awana before, he or she may already have the uniform and bag they need. If your child has an Awana uniform and bag, please be sure that it is for the correct age group (2023/24) and check to be sure it still fits.

We encourage parents to attend one of our church's Friday night fellowships while your child attends Awana. If you will attend a fellowship, which fellowship will you be attending?

Parental Consent and Medical Release

I hereby grant my permission for the above-named child to participate in Awana sponsored by ACCCNW. I understand that every effort will be made to protect and safeguard all children. I agree not to hold ACCCNW liable for any illness or mishap from any cause whatsoever. Also, in the event that my child requires emergency medical attention and I cannot be reached, I hereby grant my permission to the personnel of Awana to seek emergency medical treatment. In granting this permission, I accept all responsibilities for any costs incurred. I also grant permission for my child to be photographed during the Awana activities.

Covid Waiver
By typing my name as my signature, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that my children or I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by participating in Church congregational worship or other church sponsored or approved activities and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 through the Church’s sponsored activities may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including but not limited to, Church employees, volunteers, and program participants and their families and guests. I voluntarily agree to assume all the forgoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my children or myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my children may experience or incur in connection with my or my children’s attendance at the Church or participation in the Church’s programming (“Claims”). On my behalf and on behalf of my children, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the Church, its employees, agents, and representatives and governing bodies and members of such bodies from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Church, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any Church program.
