any conflict between business and personal interests and the interests of the Trust/the school which they serve/work at. The Trust's Register of Pecuniary and Business Interests records this information which is published on the Trust/school websites.

The business and pecuniary interest declaration forms part of NCL's statutory compliance with the Academy Trust Handbook 2023, available in pdf format.
