Parent Parade Registration
Parents are asked to adhere to the carpool dismissal procedures provided by GFE Staff. Please review the following Guidelines:
• Carpool student dismissal will begin promptly at 2:04 p.m. To help stagger our lines, we are asking that families with last names beginning with A-L come between 2:04 and 2:15 and families with last names beginning with M-Z to come between 2:15 and 2:30. These times may need to be adjusted based on the demand.
• For safety and security reasons, each car will be assigned a school issued card with a number. Students will have a corresponding number tag that will be attached to their book bag. The vehicle card should be placed on the dashboard on the passenger side of the vehicle.
• Student’s first and last name with grade level should be written in BOLD BLACK INK on each school issued card.
• Individuals who enter the car rider line without a school issued card, will be asked to relocate to a parking space and then to the office for verification (phone call to parent or guardian).
• Remember, we will NOT allow a child to leave the car rider line with anyone unless they have a school issued rider card in the window that matches the child’s school issued tag on their backpack.
• You are responsible for the two pick up cards for your vehicle. Anyone who has the matching pick-up card will be able to pick up your child. Please notify the office if you need a replacement card.
