Certain Mightier devices have the ability to be remotely locked down. This means that you will only have access to the Mightier application when the device is turned on, no other apps will be available.

If Mightier was pre-installed on the tablet you received, you are eligible for a lock down.

If you had to download the Mightier app, we are not able to lock down your device.

To complete this process, please provide the account email address and the Device name (instructions below). This will trigger an alert to our Engineering team to lock your device. Once complete, you will receive a confirmation from Support.
