2019 Fall Arpillera: Storytelling through Textiles Registration
Greetings!

We're so thrilled that you're able to join us this Fall semester!

Arpilleras: Tell your story through cloth and textiles

This class is an opportunity to tell your own story through textiles and cloth.  Arpilleras is a type of craft or folk art from South America using hand sewn stitches, applique of textile, and embroidery to create a narrative.  A safe and comforting space will be provided for you to be a part of the community by relaxing, reflecting, enjoying, and expressing among others a story. This class is led by art therapist Rebeca Carvajal and is open to all skill levels.

This class is free including all materials.  We only ask that you commit to attending regularly and on time.

September 12th - December 5th
Class will not meet October 31st and November 28th
