If you are looking for Heavenly Bakes & Cakes Paczki Order Form, then you are in the right place! Please complete this form to the best of you knowledge and I will send you a confirmation when it is received. I will send you the pickup address and total with the confirmation. Paczki's can be plain, or filled (Raspberry, Apricot or Lemon). If you would like your paczki's filled there is a uncharge of $0.50 per paczki to cover the cost of filling. All Paczki's will have powder sugar on them unless you specifically request otherwise! If you have any questions or issues please message my Facebook page or text/call (517)435-8741. (I will be limiting how many I do each day, currently I am going to be producing them the 7th-16th, I will update if I start producing them sooner)
