Earth Day Vendor/Booth Request

Earth Day at the Douglas-Hart Nature Center will be held Saturday, April 27, 2024 from 9am-Noon. We will have conservation activities, plant sale, kids' activities, and lots of vendors! Vendors will be outside and should plan to:

have an engaging activity or demonstration for guests that is Earth Day-themed
provide a giveaway of some type for kids or adults OR offer a door prize or raffle

We plan for about 100 participants. Set-up for vendors begins at 8am and cannot tear down until 12pm. This event is mostly outdoors, but in case of inclement weather, we will move activities indoors as needed.
