What financial tools to support CLT development at the European level?

Within the framework of the European SHICC (Sustainable Housing for Inclusive and Cohesive Cities) program, FMDV has recently published a Financial Guide for CLTs development in Europe. Building on a Mapping (November 2018), and six in-depth Case Studies (October 2019), this toolkit further explores major CLTs’ financial barriers and evaluates 15 innovative instruments enabling to deliver genuinely affordable homes at the european level.

FMDV is inviting CLT/OFS practitioners and researchers to participate in this webinar, which will provide an in-depth presentation of inspiring financial tools which have been proven successful & sustainable.

Emphasis will be placed on the Q&A session in order to answer participants’ questions and make key challenges emerge.
