EVENT DATE/TIME: June 26, 2021 12:00 noon until 9:00 pm
EVENT LOCATION: Bandshell Park, Highway 3 Downtown Hampton, Iowa
BOOTH SIZE: 12’ x 12’
SETUP TIMES: Saturday, June 26 9 am- 12 pm
MANDATORY BOOTH OPEN TIME: Booth must be staffed by noon on Saturday. Vendors will need to provide their own tables, chairs, canopies, electricity and water for each booth. Canopies cannot exceed booth space. Must provide own signage.
ELECTRICITY: There are no available electrical outlets. If you need electricity, please bring your own source.
FEE: $25.00 per 12’ x 12’ space, due with signed contract no later than June 1, 2021.
LOAD/UNLOAD: Vendors may unload and load vehicles on the street near your designated booth location (DO NOT DRIVE IN THE PARK). All vehicles must be moved immediately – cannot remain in place during set up/tear down. Free public parking is available near the venue.
CANCELLATION of Event Policy by Gran Festival: Event will take place rain or shine. Should a weather-related cancellation occur, vendors will be notified by 7 AM on June 26, 2021. Half of the vendor fee will be refunded for weather-related cancellation. If Gran Festival of North Iowa should cancel the event for other reasons, the entire deposit will be returned to the Vendor within 30 days of cancellation notice.
BY VENDOR: All fees will be forfeited by vendor if VENDOR cancellation occurs after June 1, 2021.
