*NOTE - all tents and display items must be secured and weighted down by YOUR staff. STAKING INTO THE GROUND IS PERMITTED.
Each vendor will be notified 3 weeks prior to the Festival to review the products that will be sold/dispersed. This notice will provide instructions necessary to access your form and edit/add information to the form.
A temporary sales tax license MUST be obtained if items are being sold. Contact City of Mesa Tax and Licensing at 480-644-2316.REGISTRATION DEADLINE: DECEMBER 16, 2022. Late registrations may be considered, pending available space.
