1. The personal data of the persons who submit Scenarios will be processed by the Portal Larp Convention and Nausika Educational Foundation, to the extend needed to carry out the Contest, organize the games and promote them within the Erasmus+ Project “Portal Convention about Roleplaying in Adult Education”.

2. The organizers may ask for uploading additional materials or clarifications. Once the final version of the Scenario is settled, the organizers will make a copy of the online folder and no further changes will be available before the Contest is resolved.

3. The organizers will contact the winners individually regarding the further implementation of their games during the Portal 11 Conventions and later in Portal countries.

“We” are a Consortium of the following organizations: Nausika Educational Foundation, Parallel Worlds Foundation, Terrible Creations who are carrying out a project “Portal Convention about Roleplaying in Adult Education”, nr 2022-1-HU01-KA210-ADU-000081859, which is co-financed by the Erasmus+ Program.

We will not take the copyrights away from the Authors nor impose any restrictions regarding how to use or modify the Scenarios.

We acquire shared copyrights of the submitted version of the Scenarios in the following context: 

- To publish the scenarios on our online media as open-source tools

- To translate them to other languages, 

- To organize local events based on them, 

at each step providing the Authors with proper reference and credits.
