Teapsy @ The Spin Dining Membership Terms and Conditions:
Dining Membership Fee:
1. The annual fee for dining membership at Teapsy @ The Spin is HKD$28,000 and the annual fee must be paid to maintain your dining privileges and access to exclusive events.
2. An application fee of $1,000 is to be paid upon submitting your dining membership application. The application fee will be applied towards your first year membership fees if your application is successful.
3. The application fee and membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Dining Membership Benefits:
1. Members (i.e. persons with dining membership) have unlimited access to Teapsy @ The Spin for lunch, afternoon tea, happy hour and dinner service, from 11am-9pm.
2. Service charge will be waived. Corkage fee will be charge where applicable.
3. Takeaway services are also available for Members.
4. Dining membership does not grant access to any other facilities and services at The Spin Club.
5. Teapsy @ The Spin reserves the right to change the membership benefits without prior notice.
Reservation and Cancellation:
1. Members must make reservations for all services at Teapsy @ The Spin.
2. Members must provide a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice excluding lunch and dinner takeout orders.
3. Failure to provide sufficient cancellation notice may result in a cancellation charge.
4. Teapsy @ The Spin reserves the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances.
Dress Code:
1. The dress code for Teapsy @ The Spin is smart casual.
2. Members and their guests must dress appropriately while dining at Teapsy @ The Spin.
3. Teapsy @ The Spin reserves the right to deny entry to any Members and/or their guests who do not adhere to the dress code.
Noise and Phone Policy:
- Electronic devices can be used when it is on mute or silent mode.
- Text and emails are allowed with smart phones.
- No calls, video playing, loud voice messages are allowed at any time at Teapsy @ The Spin.
- No photos or videos allowed without consent from the restaurant staff on call. Photos are usually allowed when F&B focused and/or without any other Members/diners in the picture.
Referral Program:
1. Members can refer friends and family for membership at Teapsy @ The Spin. One dining membership only applies to one legally married couple.
2. Referred persons must meet the eligibility requirements and complete the application process.
3. Teapsy @ The Spin reserves the right to revoke referral benefits and membership privileges if a referred person does not meet the eligibility requirements or violates any of these terms and conditions.
Liability:
1. While every effort will be made to ensure the safety and security of Members and their guests, Teapsy @ The Spin is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury caused to Members and/or their guests while dining on the premises.
2. Members and their guests are solely responsible for their own personal property and safety.
3. Teapsy @ The Spin reserves the right to deny entry to any Member or guest who violates the code of conduct or The Spin Club (in its sole discretion) considers may pose a safety or security risk to others on the premises.
Termination:
1. Teapsy @ The Spin reserves the right to terminate a Member’s dining membership at any time due to failure to comply with these terms and conditions, violation of the code of conduct, or any misconduct deemed inappropriate by Teapsy @ The Spin.
3. Upon termination, the membership fee is non-refundable.
