Students should sign up for exams you plan to complete as soon as possible.  We will not allow any sign up that is less than 48 hours in advance (not counting weekends) of any exam(s).  Note you can change your responses up to 48 hours before a specific exam.  Once you complete this form, you should get a receipt of your sign up responses.  Please keep it in case of any discrepancies.

All exams will be IN PERSON only

Students may retake a failed exam once unless the failed exam was taken prior to student’s first semester of class. Students who fail an exam prior to their first semester of classes will still have 2 opportunities to retake the exam. The August 2021 exam period is considered the free period for students who started in Fall 2021. December 2020 exam period is considered the free period for students who started in Fall 2020.
