Sweet & savoury donations for school birthday
Dear Parents / Guardians

Please fill in this form should you kindly wish to donate a sweet or savoury platter to our tea at our school birthday on Friday, 3 February 2023. 

If you are able to assist us, please drop off your donation at the Thomson Hall by 8am on Friday, 3 February 2023. Any crockery or platters you supply to the school must please be labelled clearly, so that we can return it to your child.
