GENERAL GUIDELINES / TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- BBO is open 7 days a week. Your program can take place any day(s) of the week depending on space availability.
- We allow rentals in the Peepal for the following kinds of activities:
*Workshops
*Auditions
*Rehearsals
*Installations
*Presentations
- A Space booking request must be sent at least one week in advance.
- Booking of the “Peepal” also includes it’s attached bathroom and foyer on the mezzanine level.
- The number of people in the space at one time cannot exceed 25.
- The space is available from 9 am to 10 pm, Monday-Sunday.

www.blackboxokhla.comTHE BASIC RATES FOR USE OF SPACE ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- The Peepal rental - Rs.2,500 per day (exclusive of tax)
- Use of Air Conditioner Rs. 300 per hour
- Overtime charges and extra electrical load on actuals
- Extended use rates available on request
The payment needs to be made, along with the signing of a space booking agreement at least 7 days prior to the booking dates.
