Please complete this form if you would like to schedule a visit for your youth group to the Presidio Field Station/Outpost or Officers' Club. Scheduling is highly recommended for groups of 20 or more people to ensure adequate supplies and staffing.

If you are scheduling more than one visit, please submit one form for each date. 

As a courtesy, please submit your request no later than two weeks prior to the date you would like to visit.

Once you submit this form, you'll receive an e-mail from us confirming your date.
