Join us from 10 - 11:30 am Wednesday, March 13, for a session with Mediation Matters that will generate ideas of how we can prepare an environment that promotes handling conflict in a constructive way. This ranges from what the physical environment might include in terms of room set-up, color scheme, visual messaging/signage as well as the environment’s norms of everyday activity such as interactions with patrons (in-person, phone, or written form).
