Outside Boundary Interest
Hello!
Thank you for your interest in playing football with Bothell Cougar Junior Football.

If you are located outside of the Bothell HS Boundary but would like to register for our program, please fill out the below form. If you live inside the Bothell HS Boundary you DO NOT need to fill this out.

Does your high school have a Jr football feeder program? Most have programs so if you are unsure, do a quick google search (ie. Jackson HS junior football program)

PLEASE NOTE:
1. If you live outside of GEJFA boundaries, fill out the form and we will be in touch.

2. If you live within GEJFA boundaries and have a hardship, please fill out the form and GEJFA will review. Transfers are only approved through GEJFA for a hardship and they will NOT be reviewed until 7/1. 

3. If you are in the Northshore School District but not the Bothell boundary and you have a school waiver, a parent teaches at BHS or other reason, fill out the form and we will review.
