MSA Ask Me - Application Form
Applications are now open for 2024 Ask Me Ambassadors program. Everyone is automatically accepted.

Before you apply, please ensure you are registered as a 2024 MSA Volunteer. We ask our volunteers to apply each year to keep our database current. We will ask you to resubmit your form from September to be registered as a 2024 Volunteer.

Ask Me Ambassadors engages in 4 core activities to support new and returning Monash Students:
- Replying to questions on the aMigo platform
- Hosting the Orientation Festival & Campus Centre Information Booths (Week 0-2)
- Campus Tours (During Orientation Festival and private tours)
- Conducting Student Satisfaction Survey (promote during week 5-7 of each semester)

Ask Me provides leadership and training opportunities for students as well as encouraging students, who do not engage with student services, to seek support from a peer.

Operating from Week 0 to Week 7 of semester, this student support program is designed to enhance student well being and increase community and academic engagement.

This program is recommended to students who want to commit to an ambassador program but require flexibility.

We recommend that volunteers have been Monash University students for at least one whole semester prior to applying.

This is strongly recommended as students will have a better understanding of the university's services and opportunities.

How to host an information booth
How to answer questions you don't know the answer to
Physical Campus Tour (or a Virtual one using screen share)
MSA Chats
And provide information on online training requirements of an Ask Me Ambassador
