Mismanaged anger leads to a host of serious problems for both you and others. By learning to recognize the series of behaviors that fall into one or perhaps two categories, you can more easily identify behavior patterns and then implement strategies to address and modify those patterns. Labels are good to identify behaviors, but they are not meant to serve as mismanaged “scarlet letters”.
