2023-24 Excelling Eagles ESS Program Student Sign Up Form
The Excelling Eagles ESS Program will begin September 5, 2023 and will take place Monday-Thursday until the end of April . The program will be FREE to all participants. The program will be for all students in grades Kindergarten-12th. No Preschool students will be able to attend. The program will begin directly after school and end at 4:30 PM.  PLEASE make arrangements to have your child picked up promptly at 4:30PM. Transportation will be provided to those that sign-up (MUST LIVE IN DISTRICT for Transportation to be provided).

The Excelling Eagles ESS Program will provide students grades K-12 with time to complete homework, work on individual skills in any content area, and be provided with extension opportunities, such as hands-on activities, dinner program, and programs throughout the week with community partners.

To sign up for the program, please complete the following Form. Include children that attend the same school on one form. If you have multiple children that attend different schools, please fill out a new form for each school. This form must be completed by Wednesday, August 30th for children to participate.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

II.  Discipline
First Offense-Student will be given a verbal warning. Rules and expectations will be clarified.
Second Offense - Student will be sent to the site administrator for a second warning.
Third Offense - Parents will be notified.
Fourth Offense - Parents will be called to pick the Student up.  The Student will not be allowed to return to the Excelling Eagles/ ESS after school program.
Any illegal violation will result in contacting the proper authorities.

IV.  Parents
If parents must pick up students for any reason they must inform the site administrator and sign the student out. 

V.  Miscellaneous
All students are expected to remain on premises at all times.
No swearing, cursing, or hateful language will be permitted during Excelling Eagles/ ESS after school program.
No destruction of school property will be tolerated.
No fighting will be tolerated.
No disrespectful behavior towards  staff or other students.
Stealing will not be tolerated.


**Please note: If your child was dismissed from the program last year, they will not be allowed to participate for the 2023-24 school year.
