Thank you for your interest in participating in the CogSci2022 Mentorship Program.  To facilitate the mentorship matches, kindly complete the information below.  This information will allow us the ability to best match interested parties.

Please note, in order to be considered for the mentorship program, you must be available to meet with up to three mentees or one mentor immediately prior to or during CogSci2022.  We will match people who are attending in-person with one another.

For those attending the virtual mentor sessions, the mentorship committee will do their best to match people in the similar time zones but due to the international nature of the society, flexibility is requested by those participating in the program.

Completion of this form is required by July 7th 2022.
