Mountaindash 5K   (1 form per person)
The Mountainburg Cheer teams will be hosting the 9th annual Mountaindash 5K run/walk to raise money for the upcoming cheer season.
  •  The preregistration cost will be $25 for adults and $20 for 18 and under. 
  • The day of the race the fee will be $30 for adults and $25 for 18 and under. 
  • All preregistrations receive a free t-shirt.  
  • Preregistration to receive a T-shirt will end April 29th at 3:30 PM.
  • All payments can be sent to to Mountainburg Elementary School by mail, 2015 Lake Fort Smith Road, Mountainburg, Ar 72946 or dropped off Mountainburg Elementary School, Mountainburg High School, or the Mountainburg Administration office. (Attn: Amber Ridenoure or Mary Hecox)
  • RACE WILL BE MAY 11, 2024. REGISTRATION STARTS AT 6:30 A.M. WITH THE RACE STARTING AT 7 A.M.
  • Payments can be made the day of the race.

Liability Statement: I know  that running/walking in a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I represent that I am medically able and properly trained to participate in this event. I assume all risks associated with this event including, but not limited to, heat exhaustion, falls, contact with other participants, effects of weather, dangerous traffic conditions, etc, all such risks being known and recognized by me. I hereby agree, for myself and my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, executors and administrators, to waive, release and forever discharge the Mountainburg Public School District and its respective directors, officers, and employees, volunteers, and all sponsors, suppliers, and any  other personnel assisting or connected with this event, any rights, claims, or demands therefore which I may have or or which I may hereafter accrue to me arising out of injury to my person or my property incurred in connection with participation in the Mountainburg Public School Mountaindash walk/run on May 11, 2024.
