Sampaguita Hiring Application
Sampaguita is a Filipino American ice cream concept in the Mills 50 District. We are looking for team players who want to join our hardworking family. We are excited to meet you!

Customer service and industry experience is a plus but we understand that for some, this will be a first job. We ask that all applicants have a *genuine* love for meeting new people and can thrive in fast-paced environments!

Ideal candidates:
*Have a flexible schedule
*Able to work seamlessly in a team setting and independently
*Able to think clearly and calmly in fast paced environments
*Have extraordinary customer service skills
*Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
*FOH position with availability on the weekends (Friday - Sunday) and possible holidays.

*Must be able to carry at least 50 lbs (not on a regular basis, but we lift bags of sugar and flour!)
*Cleaning duties are a shared responsibility. Must be able to mop, sweep, and clean. This also includes bending and standing for long periods of time.
*Schedule is flexible, but must be able to work at least some evening or weekend shifts per week (1-3 shifts)
*Punctuality & reliable transportation are a must
