We are collecting information about our students' and families' race, ethnicity, and gender so that we may better understand the needs of our community members. We recognize that systemic oppression has created inequitable experiences for Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) as well as LGBTQ and disabled people. Your answers to these questions will aid our efforts to become an anti-racist, equitable organization, however, your answers are not compulsory and your enrollment at The Attic will not be affected or determined by your answers to these questions.

Further information on references & payment options are at the end of this application.

Questions? Please email admissions@the-attic.org. Thank you for taking the time to complete this application.

The Attic has become a model of what is possible in education. Since The Attic’s founding in 1999, we have demonstrated what happens when the paradigm of education is shifted from one founded on fear and manipulation to one founded on love and trust. What happens is this: children thrive as life-long learners who truly know themselves. Our mission is not easy and takes the dedication and contribution of each and every family, teacher and staff of The Attic community. What questions do you have about this mission? How do you see your family contributing to The Attic's broader goal in education? *
I (or we) am interested and/or have experience in supporting The Attic in the following areas (please check all that apply): *
