Your answers on this registration form represent your preferences for LEAD classes. During the registration process, we will do our best to accommodate your class selections. Our staff will go through the registration submissions in the order they were received, and you will be notified of your student's schedule by APRIL 19th. We cannot guarantee availability in your first, second, or third choice class, but we will do our best to honor your selections based upon availability at the time of your enrollment. In the event we can't offer you a spot in your first, second, or third choice class, we will contact you to find a class that will work for you.  

We can only accept one registration form per child. Be very sure of your selections before submitting this form. Once you submit this form, you can not make changes or additions to your registration until April 19th. Re-submitting this form to change or add a class does not cancel out previous registrations. Instead, it causes duplicate registrations, which will be deleted by LEAD staff. Only first registration requests will be honored.

After confirmed schedules are sent out, a change request form will be available for anyone wishing to make changes or additions to their registered courses. We are unable to make changes or additions to registrations until that time. Thank you for your cooperation and patience.
