Heartland Gatherings is a women-owned business located in Omaha, Nebraska. We specialize in curating beautiful Midwest moments for everyone to enjoy. From intimate picnics to corporate events, we cover it all! As part of our mission, we strive to support local businesses, fellow women entrepreneurs, and environmentally-friendly sourcing in our quest to create memorable experiences that are cherished for years to come.

Heartland Gathering is hosting a speed-friending event at Chalco Hills on Saturday, October 1st from 10am-12pm. We are so excited we will see you at our first Fast Friends event and we hope you make a new BFF!

Booking and Payment Information
After submitting your booking form you will receive an invoice via email from us. Full-payment is due within 24 hours via Venmo to confirm your booking and is non-refundable. 

Inclement Weather:

If mother nature decides to rain on our parade (pun intended), we do have a few options!

1. A rain-out date will be announced and your ticket will be honored.
2. Apply your ticket value ($12) towards a luxury picnic with us.
3. Refund: we will offer a full refund (please note, this is only if the event is rescheduled due to inclement weather - otherwise, all deposits are non-refundable).  

Please note, if we need to reschedule and move to our rain-out date, you will be notified via email at least 24 hours in advance of your selected date/time.

Damages
Please note, no smoking will be allowed in or near any of our items, equipment, or setups.

By booking with us, you agree to pay for all damages to our products caused by any negligent, reckless, or willful actions by you.
Liability Release
Please note, Heartland Gatherings (including its owners) cannot be held accountable or liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during your event. By booking with us, you agree and recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the event/experience/session you are planning/attending and you agree that you assume full responsibility for personal injury to yourself and further release and discharge Heartland Gatherings for any injury, loss or damage arising out of your use of or presence at the event/experience/session whether caused by the fault of you, attendees, Heartland Gatherings, or any other third parties.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and defend Heartland Gatherings against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgements, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from your use of our inventory, property, experience, consumption of food/drink, and/or event.


What happens next?
Once you have submitted this form, we will email you an invoice to purchase your event ticket. After you have purchased your ticket, we will email you within 24 hours to confirm your registration and will provide additional detailed information regarding the event.
