Bed Race Team Entry Form - Winterfest 2023

Date:  Saturday, February 18 @ 1:30pm

Race Location:  Race will take place on ice on Mill Pond, Boy Scout Park, behind the Cedar Creek Settlement (if no ice, race will take place on street)

Team Requirements:  Five members to race:  4 to push and 1 to ride on bed

Divisions:  Powder Puff (based on costume only) and Speed

Prizes:

Powder Puff Prize:                $250.00 for best costume                                      

Speed Prizes:                           $150.00 for 1st Place Team

                                                    $100.00 for 2nd Place Team                                                                       

                                                    $50.00 for 3rd Place Team                                                        

Entry Fee:  $10 per team

Entry Deadline:  February 3, 2023

All team members must sign a release form to participate. Parent of guardian must sign for team members under 18 years of age.  The release form will be signed the day of the event.  Check YES below to agree.
