Have a great idea but don’t know if anyone else thinks so? Concerned about solving a problem that doesn't exist? Increase your chances of success by testing your idea during this customer discovery intensive and gain the insight you need to take the next step forward. We’ll teach you to question your core assumptions about your idea/business by digging deep into your customer’s desires and problems. This is an interactive series of workshops and you’ll spend much of your time doing weekly fieldwork, interviewing potential customers, and refining your value hypothesis.

Our team has delivered training for early-stage entrepreneurs across Alaska, and we’ve learned that many of the entrepreneurs we work with need more knowledge of their customers BEFORE investing too much time and money into their ideas. Through this intensive we’re providing idea-stage entrepreneurs with the tools to engage in meaningful, useful customer discovery, before they quit their day jobs! And if you’ve already launched, it’s not too late - this work will help you refine or pivot your business.

Our curriculum blends elements of traditional customer discovery with design thinking and will help you find product-market fit. It’s hands-on, engaging, and FUN. The intensive is open to founders at all stages of business and is FREE. Four sessions will be delivered via Zoom:

Session 1 - June 28th, 4:30pm - 6pm: Intro to customer discovery
Session 2 - July 1st, 4:30pm - 6pm: Asking the right questions
Session 3 - July 8th, 4:30pm - 6pm: Refine your Value Hypothesis and Create your Usability Hypothesis
Session 4 - July 15th, 4:30pm - 6pm: Final Presentations!
