NHASCD Mini-Grant Application
Please complete this form to apply for one of five $500 NHASCD Mini Grants.  Grant applications are accepted until April 9, 2020.  Grant awards will be announced May 29, 2020.  

These grants are a member benefit, thus you must be a NHASCD member to apply.  If you are not sure of your NHASCD membership status or have questions, please contact Jan Yost, Excutive Director at nhascd@nhascd.org.
