The recruitment period for Trail Crew positions is December to March, or until all positions are filled. 

You may fill out an application at anytime. It will be considered for current openings or the next season.

Please Note: Season dates, compensation rates, and weekly schedule will differ from what is shown in the previous year's position descriptions.  

*****All Positions Require Overnight Camping In the Field while on Projects*****

Approximate Season Schedule 
  • Closed for 2024: Assistant Trails Coordinator: Early March - November
  • Actively Recruiting: Trail Crew Leader Training: Starts in Early May  
  • Actively Recruiting: Assistant Crew Leader Training: Starts Day After Memorial Day 
  • Actively Recruiting: Crew Member: Summer Season: First Monday in June to Mid August (10 Weeks)
  • Actively Recruiting: Crew Member:  Fall Season: Late August to Late October (10 Weeks)
