The following questions are being asked of you so that we can gain an idea of the best fit between potential Guardian owners and one of our precious puppies or dogs.

We hold firmly to the belief that since we are responsible for bringing these precious souls into the world that we are equally responsible for finding them the best home possible.  

**This is only the first step to evaluating a possible home placement for our puppies/dogs who will be a part of our breeding program.  

Please be COMPLETELY honest in your responses.  If you omit information, it will inhibit our ability to match you with the best puppy for you and your family.  Any misinformation, untruths or deception will result in elimination from our potential owner(s) list and you will NOT be reconsidered.  

We understand that not everyone has extensive of experience with this breed and that this may even be your first dog or pet, so please, just be forthcoming and we will do our best to find you a match.

Our guardian dogs are genetically tested for all testable diseases, have annual CAER eye exams, have regular brucellosis tests (STD), are microchipped, AKC registered, temperament tested all at our expense (We pay for all breeding related maintenance, testing, and procedures).  You are required to provide any regular maintenance, food, vet care, supplements, probiotics, supplies, etc.   Is this something you're willing to provide for the dog? *
As part of the Guardian home interviews we usually have people come to our home to meet with us, meet you in your home to see your home and yard,  and call your vet and personal references. Is this something you can agree to? *
