Δηλώνω υπεύθυνα ότι είμαι πάνω από 18 χρονών. Συμμετέχω στην δραστηριότητα με απόλυτη προσωπική μου ευθύνη έχοντας προβεί στις απαραίτητες ιατρικές εξετάσεις. Γνωρίζω τους κινδύνους που υπάρχουν όταν βρίσκομαι στο βουνό γι αυτό και φοράω συνεχώς το κράνος μου για όσο βρίσκομαι σε αυτό. Η συμμετοχή μου γίνεται με δική μου ευθύνη και ουδεμία ευθύνη έχoυν οι διοργανωτές για τυχόν σωματική, υλική ή ηθική μου βλάβη από την στιγμή που δε συμμορφώνομαι με τους κανόνες των υπευθύνων της δραστηριότητας!
I declare that I am over 18 years old. I understand that I participate in these activities at my own risk andthere shall be no liability whatsoever attached to the organizers or the instructors for any loss, damage or injury of any nature, however caused. I am responsible of complying with the rules and regulations of the activity as set forth by the people in charge. I acknowledge the inherent risks associated with mountaineering and I am solely responsible of wearing my helmet at all times, while on the mountain. I acknowledge that I have been advised by the organizers to receive a physical examination prior to my participation in these activities !
