ABOUT US:

The Residence Hall Reuse Program (RHRP) is on a mission to start at the source of local waste production by combating the over consumption of “single use” dorm items in the WWU residence halls. Our vision is holistically sustainable; we want to create a closed loop system on campus! By renting out items to students for FREE we keep them in use longer, and make living on-campus more accessible and affordable.

Our rental system runs on the generosity of students, we ask that items are returned after use and that you consider donating any dorm items that you don't want at the end of the year. The donated items will be collected and stored before being claimed freely by students moving into the residence halls next year.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

*****Before you complete this form to rent your items, make sure to view our Available Inventory (found on our website) to see what is actually available.**

You will receive a confirmation email 24-48 hours after your form is submitted indicating that your reservation has been processed. In this email you will be asked to fill out a liability waiver and send it back to us. Once you have returned your waiver your reservation is complete and you can set up an appointment to pick up your items during move in. Then during move in pick up your items from Edens North first floor during your scheduled appointment.

If at any time you no longer need to rent items please contact RHRP immediately to allow other students time to reserve and prepare to not over purchase.

RESERVE AT YOUR OWN RISK:

This program is on a first come first serve basis, there is a chance you may not receive the specific items you requested. You will have the opportunity to be placed on a waitlist or select another item if your first choice has already been reserved. The university is not responsible for any damages that the item might incur on itself or anything else. These items have all been used by prior students and cleanliness can not be ensured. Many items show signs of normal wear and tear but are all perfectly usable. You will be required to sign a liability waiver acknowledging these statements prior to pick up.
