Pride Camping Association Standards Working Group
Thank you for your interest in helping to develop Pride Camping Association accreditation standards. We are working to ensure that we incorporate diverse experiences and viewpoints when developing these standards and are excited that you are interested in joining the working group.

We anticipate the volunteer commitment will be up to 3 hours of work per week until mid-March. This work will be able to be done individually, although there will be an opportunity to meet the rest of the working group members virtually, at least once during this time.

We are committed to amplifying diverse and oppressed voices in this work. We know that systemic racism and oppression result in members of many communities, including the BIPOC and disability communities, being underrepresented in leadership positions in the camping industry. It is often through these leadership roles that people gain accreditation experience. While experience with accreditation programs may be helpful for working group members it is NOT required to participate in this working group.

Work will be completed using Google Docs and Slack.
