Arrange Name Cards for Seating Chart
Ensure proper placement of cards/gifts (as guests arrive)
Meet vendors and deliveries and handle any no-shows
Make sure caterer and bartenders serve food and drinks on time.
Double check all special items are in the proper place)
Make sure the event progresses as scheduled and/or as rehearsed
Keep the schedule moving throughout the day and evening.
Ensure client is on time and in the right places
Ensure guests are seated correctly and in a timely fashion for Ceremony
