This form is used by people who belong to your community (or of which you are a part), either filled out by its leaders or the members themselves. Participants who register here acknowledge that they form part of a community in which they are actively involved where they receive the necessary at least basic training and accountability structure that empowers them to accomplish what they are required to do. This could include any number of roles: the role of auxiliary workers, community helpers or community facilitators, or the team members themselves of leaders or managers who take responsibility for them.
