**Callout for a multilingual CuTieBIPoC festival**

Following the last meeting we would like to ask more of you to support with the language diversity of the festival.

We believe that we all would like to have an inclusive space that does not only feel comfortable and easy to naviguate for English and German speakers. Unfortunately, at the moment we are still a rather small number of people, and it is not in our capacity to spend too much time on translations/callouts for translations.

For this purpose, **we would like to ask for the support of 1-2 person(s) per language who can directly be contacted for simple translations for our communication before the festival when needed**, and eventually also help during the festival as well.

This does not entail a very important workload as a lot of content has already been translated last year in many languages and only needs to be updated. It would be mostly to translate important information and callouts such as this one, and also help other teams go through registration forms and other specific requests from Cuties before the festival starts (accommodation, accessibility, allergies, etc.).

We did not choose any specific language to prioritize so far. It is a *Do It Together* festival and the important thing to remember is that the languages available at the festival will be the ones we will offer by working together ;))

**Aufruf zum mehrsprachigen CuTieBIPoC Festival***

Nach dem letzten Meeting, wollen wir mehr Leute zum mehrsprachigen CuTieBIPoC festival aufrufen.

Wir glauben, dass wir alle ein inklusives Festival wollen, dass sich nicht nur für englisch und deutsch Sprechende gut anfühlt. Leider sind wir im Moment noch wenig Leute und wir haben keine Kapazitäten viel Zeit mit Übersetzungen zu verbringen.

Deshalb brauchen wir **ein bis zwei Personen pro Sprache**. Eure Aufgabe wäre es eine direkte Ansprechperson für vor dem Festival zu sein und eventuell auf dem Festival auszuhelfen.

Es ist eine Aufgabe mit relativ wenig Arbeitsaufwand, da schon sehr viel von der Organisation im letzten Jahr übersetzt wurde. Es bedarf eher ein paar kleinen Updates für Aufrufe wie diese, aber manchmal müsst ihr auch anderen Teams (Unterkunft, Allergien und Barrierefreiheit) zuarbeiten indem ihr ihnen helft die  online Anmeldungen zu verstehen.

Wir haben keine spezifischen Sprachen ausgesucht. Unser Festival ist ein **MACH ES ZUSAMMEN** Festival und wichtig ist sich daran zu erinnern, dass das Sprachangebot davon abhängen wird wie gut wir zusammen arbeiten werden ;-)

**Appel à contribution pour un festival CuTieBIPoC multilingue**

Après la dernière réunion, nous voudrions demander à davantage d’entre vous d’appuyer la diversité linguistique du festival.

Nous présumons que nous aimerions toustes avoir un espace inclusif qui soit aussi confortable et facile à naviguer pour les non anglophones/germanophones. Malheureusement, pour le moment, nous sommes encore en petit nombre et nous ne sommes pas en mesure de consacrer trop de temps à la traduction.

Nous souhaiterions donc **solliciter l’aide d’une ou deux personnes par langue qui peuvent être contactées directement pour des traductions simples** concernant notre communication avant le festival, et éventuellement pendant le festival aussi.

La charge de travail n'est pas importante, car une grande partie du contenu a déjà été traduite l'année dernière dans de nombreuses langues et doit seulement être mise à jour. Ce serait surtout pour traduire les appels à contribution tels que celui-ci, mais aussi pour aider les autres équipes à consulter les formulaires d'inscription et autres demandes spécifiques de Cuties avant le début du festival (hébergement, accessibilité, allergies, etc.).

Nous n'avons pas choisi de langue spécifique à prioriser jusqu'à présent. C’est un festival *Do It Together* et l’important est de se rappeler que les langues disponibles au festival seront celles que nous y apporterons en travaillant ensemble;))

**طلب المساعدة لمهرجان *كيوتي بي بوك* متعدد اللغات**

بعد الاجتماع الأخير ، نود أن نطلب المزيد منكم لدعم التنوع اللغوي للمهرجان.

نحن نفترض أن الكل يود الإستمتاع بفضاء شامل يستمتع به الجميع، بغض النظر عن اللغات التي يتحدثونها ـ غيرالإنجليزية والألمانية ـ بقدر المستطاع٠  لسوء الحظ ، ما زلنا في الوقت الحالي عددًا صغيرًا من المنظمين المتطوعين ، وليس في مقدورنا أن نطرجم كل مواصلاتنا مع جالية *كيوتي بي بوك* في العديد من اللغات٠

**لهذا الغرض ، نود أن نطلب الدعم من شخص أو شخصين في كل لغة، الذي ممكن الاتصال بهم مباشرة لترجمات بسيطة مثل هته**، مساعدة الفرق الأخرى في الاطّلاع على نماذج التسجيل وطلبات محددة أخرى قبل بدء المهرجان (الإقامة ، إمكانيات الوصول ، حساسيات غدائية ، إلخ)، وكذلك خلال المهرجان إذا كان ممكناً٠ لا يستلزم هذا الدور الكثير من العمل  حيث تمت ترجمة الكثير من النصوص العام الماضي بالعديد من اللغات، ولا يحتاج الموقع الإلكتروني إلّا إلى تحديث٠

في الوقت الحالي، لم نحدد بعد أولويّات في اللغات٠ شعار المهرجان هو *لنعمل سويا*، لذا اللغات التي ستتوفر هي اللغات التي سنقدمها من خلال العمل سويّاً ((؛
