Black Food Festival Tallinn 2019 is open to and looking for adventurous caterers who are willing to experiment with flavours, colours and textures or even to devise and test new concepts.

Black can be perfectly natural. We want a minimum of half the products offered to be black (or at least dark in colour) and one food item, drink or tasting item to be 100% black.

The aim of the Black Food Festival is to open the door to culinary creativity and experimentation. Essentially, we’re inviting you to play with your food!

Suggestions regarding black products or services that could be offered at the festival are also welcome.

The organisers reserve the right to adopt workable solutions and to reject any they feel are unfeasible.
