PSAT Refund/Donation Request Form
Portland Public Schools has decided to offer the PSAT to Juniors at no charge on Wednesday, October 13. If you have already paid for the PSAT please fill out this form and select one of the following two options:

This will help us track/process refunds and donations in a timely manner.

2. Donate this fee to Cleveland High School for general support. We rely on donations from the community to offer resources and opportunities to students. We appreciate any and all support we receive from our wonderful community.
