Welcome to Hornchurch Athletic Cricket Club.  This Junior Membership Form should be completed by the parent or legal guardian of any player under the age of 18.  Please complete this form and arrange payment for your child with the correct Membership Fee (Details Incorporated).  Please do this as soon as possible, ideally before the end of May 2023.

We will also use this information to ensure that you are kept informed about events and information concerning Hornchurch Athletic Cricket Club.
