So far, we've received lots of donations to the shared transfer card program but not many taking advantage of it. How could this program be improved or made more useful?

Maybe I'd add like 5-10 puppets

10 puppets is already too many, can I do like 3 instead?
If we are going to hold additional pull events, what cards would be interested in us hosting a pull event for? (Keep in mind, non-CTE cards can be pull evented as well to increase pulls!)
