Mustang Rally PS/LS Early Release Permission Form

On Friday, April 28, all PS and LS students will be released to their parents or authorized individuals at 11:30 a.m. following the Mustang Rally morning activities. Teachers will release students according to the permission provided below. All students must be signed out before attending the picnic and afternoon festivities. Mustang Rally activities end at 2:30 p.m.

Following the closing ceremonies, students will be grouped with their classes on the football field on the Upper Campus and MUST check out with their teachers before leaving the field.

There will be NO carpool line pick-up and NO Extended Play this day. All students must be picked up at 11:30 a.m. to enjoy the Mustang Rally picnic and carnival with their families and friends.
