Thank you again for agreeing to participate and share your work for the 2022 Asian Art Exhibition located in Courtyard Theater in Plano, TX for the entire month of May! We aim to showcase original artwork by Asian artists. Please complete this registration for your artwork to be displayed.

Terms

By submitting this registration form, I (the person submitting this form, also known as "me" or "myself") hereby authorize Celebrating Asian American Heritage Foundation ("CAAHF", the "Foundation") to temporarily display my artwork at the Courtyard Theater. I hereby loan the Foundation my artwork for no compensation from April 30, 2022 to May 30, 2022, except if I do not pick it up by June 30, 2022 and CAAHF is otherwise unable to communicate with me, the artwork becomes the property of CAAHF 30 days after the display period in consideration for storage of said item. I understand the Foundation is not responsible for any loss or damage to my artwork, and I hereby agree to hold the Foundation and members of its Board of Directors (the "Directors") harmless (i.e. indemnify the Foundation and its Directors). The artwork listed in this form will not be insured by CAAHF. I allow the Foundation to take pictures and videos of my artwork and grant the right to share these pictures or their likeness on the internet, in print, or on another form of media, in perpetuity. I also agree the Foundation may post my biography on their website, program guides, or another media. I understand that I am responsible for dropping off, setting up, taking down, and picking up my artwork, and if I need assistance with any of these, I hereby authorize the Foundation or any of its authorized representatives to do so for me, but I agree to hold them harmless for any potential damange or loss resulting from their handling of my artwork.
