The inner game consists of Intention, Self-awareness, Self�confidence, and Self-efficacy (self-belief) to achieve Personal Mastery, whilst the outer game consists of influence and impact on leading others. In a nutshell, you need to understand yourself as a leader before you can understand or lead others.

This course provides an intensive development experience designed to help you exploit your own leadership inside out or to the next level. It encourages reflection on your own behaviors and to consider what is helping you to be effective and what might be hindering. It prompts participants to consider the nature of leadership and encourages them to develop principles and proficiency needed to propel their career forward.
