2022 Fall Guided Pathways Student Success Institute (November 9th) Feedback Form
GRATITUDE: This form has been modified and adapted from a evaluation developed by the Multicultural Student Services Directors Council (MSSDC) for their long-standing and highly successful Students of Color Conference. We are so grateful to learn from their decades of experience. Read more at http://www.mssdc.com/socc.php

The Student Success Center and Strategic Initiatives was even more excited because we again listened to the voices of our Community and Technical College Family. At 2022 Fall GP Student Success Institute, we intentionally responded to 3 requests that continued to rise to the top in conversations, check-ins, and work plans: the interest in learning from cohort 1 and 2 members; the opportunity to listen and learn from each other, and the top four priority areas identified in the college work plans submitted.

Special thanks to our courageous and knowledgeable facilitators from Guided Pathways Cohorts 1 and 2:

Dr. Michelle Andreas, Bryan Powell, Dr. Sarah Cabbage from South Puget Sound College; Allison Fernandez from Skagit Valley College; Dr. Steven Thomas, Holly Quinones, Maitland Peet, Ruth Adams, Krista Francis, and Dr. Helen Lovejoy from Peninsula College; and Dr. Sarah Martin, Dr. Michele Moore, Heather Bellerud, Dr. Linda Beane-Boose, from Spokane Falls Community College, Dr. Debra Bragg from Bragg and Associates.

Also, special thanks to our coaches who attended because they believe in the work you do to support student access, access + success, and success (Tinto, 2002, Davis Jones and Richardson Fraser, 2019), and Dr. Irene Shaver who came to our rescue to support the Institute.

We hope you came and shared your experiences. Each of you brought the substance to engage and provided insight into Guided Pathways matters (project and operation, theoretical and frameworks) from your unique experiences as an individual, unit, office, department, division, and college. Thank you!!!!

Your feedback on this session is important and will help in designing future retreats, institutes, and conferences.

Humbly,
Student Success Center Team
(Brook Bane, Ashley Montenegro Ramirez, Monica Wilson, and Claudine Richardson, PhD)
